You have been given access to the Propeller innovation management platform, provided by Propeller Innovation Limited, due to the subscription agreement between us and the organisation or business that authorised your access. By using these services, you are bound by these ‘Terms of Use’ and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access the services.
You will only access and use these services for their intended as an innovation management software. Please ensure you are using these services for lawful purposes and you are not in breach of any laws and regulations.
You will take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorised use of the services and will promptly notify your organisation’s software account administrator if you suspect unauthorised access or use of the software.
You will be solely responsible for the data you upload into the software in terms of accuracy, legality, public decency and rights ownership. Propeller Innovation Limited are not responsible for data uploaded to the software by users in any way.
You will ensure you keep and use a secure and confidential password to access the service.
You will acknowledge and agree that Propeller Innovation Ltd. own all Intellectual Property Rights held in respect to our software and its service including (but not limited to) rights in patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, other trade-identifying symbols and inventions, copyrights, design rights, database rights, rights in know-how, trade secrets and any other intellectual property rights or licenses (whether registered or unregistered).
You will acknowledge and agree that Propeller Innovation Ltd. disclaim all liability of any kind in respect of any data or materials you upload and/or input through your use of these services, third party information, any other material or services which may be accessed using the Services and for any fraud committed in connection with the Services, except for our obligations under the Terms of Use and applicable data protection laws with respect to our processing of any personal data you may upload through your use of the services (depending on the fields activated by the organisation which authorised your access). We shall not have any direct liability to you in respect of your use of these services. If we are deemed to be the controller of any personal data you submit to us at any time during your use of our Services and/or website, please our privacy policy found here for more information on what we collect and how we use such data and your rights in respect of such collection and use. If you encounter any issues with your use of these services or wish to remove your login details, please contact the account administrator nominated by your employer (or in the case of contractors, the organisation to which you are providing services).
You will not use these services for any purposes competitive to Propeller Innovation Limited.
You will not upload any information or data into the software in the course of using the services which are unlawful, harmful, obscene, threatening or cause distress or harm to any individuals or groups. We reserve the right to remove any content which we feel is inappropriate or breaches these Terms of Use.
