Simply chose the package above that best suits your requirements. You’ll then be taken through to the registration form where you will provide your details and billing information. Payment will then automatically be taken against your chosen debit or credit card every month or every year, depending on the package you have chosen.
For the Entrepreneur and Team packages, we accept most brands of debit or credit card. For a bespoke Enterprise package, we can agree other types of payment options such as a monthly or annual invoice.
The easiest way forward is to give us a call to discuss your options. The Enterprise package may be the best way forward as we can structure a deal around a flexible number of users.
This can be done easily as part of the platform registration page. If the number of users you add takes you over the threshold to the next package type, then your monthly or annual payment will alter automatically. You will be notified before this happens, however.
Yes, Propeller can be cancelled at any time but there is a 30 day notice period, so you may be required to make one more monthly payment before your account is closed. For users making annual payments, refunds will be arranged for the time period left over following the cancellation date plus the 30-day notice period.
At the end of your 3-month free period, you will automatically switch to a paid account. Payments will occur annually or monthly in accordance with the package you have chosen (Entrepreneur, Teams or Enterprise.
